This is not your typical “farm vorkath for 100 hours guide.” This is how to accumulate wealth throughout the years.
The First Step
Secure your account. Add two-step Authenticator to BOTH the email and your Old School RuneScape account. Use a random password generator to make different passwords for each account then store this on an encrypted master passcode software. Do not use the same password for both accounts. Do not account share EVER. Do not enter login information after clicking sketchy links to runescape.com.
The Next Step
Now that your account is secure and you know some very basic account security information, you are ready for the next step, playing the game. The trick to making money on Old School Runescape (and possibly real life too) is to follow a simple priority system. Prioritize investing into your stats first and other non-material stuff such as the Rigour prayer, ornate pool, etc. After you are “maxed” level for what you are doing, you can now change priority to investing in gear and items.
Investing In Gear
Probably your favorite part. Always prioritize damage boosts over accuracy in the game unless a strong case for accuracy comes up. Elite Void is great, occult’s, zenytes, inferno cape, mage arena 2 cape, rigour, and imbued heart are all good pickups.
Join A Clan
If you join a clan and make friends you will be more likely to play this game longer thus not making you want to rage stake your bank to quit. This is definitely a worthy time investment to make.
Don’t gamble. Avoid buying and selling high priced gear because of your indecisiveness. Don’t communicate with scammers and social engineers. Know how the wilderness and what wildly teleports are so you know what to avoid. Don’t buy gold from any gold selling site, only buy directly from jagex. Rule breaking gets your accounts banned which means you lose time and money. Play for many years and enjoy it.
Now that your bank is fat, buy the most expensive shit you can and bank stand at GE. This is how you know you are at true end game content.
