How did this patent pass legislation?

I saw this image above around the internet and I thought it was very interesting. The patent doesn’t mention FBI or CIA directly but it does have an interesting graphic I came across in figure 2. Look specifically at line 206 “distribute or block privacy protected image.” You see the product is distributed to client 102_2 AND client 102_n, suggesting it is likely being distributed to a third party and in fact not a 1:1 relationship.

The following image is from the same patent. I take special interest in the 2nd sentence, “Large numbers of individuals are in a position to take and distribute images of another individual without the consent of the photographer or videoed individuals.”

So because it distributes “without consent,” does that mean this patent holder ignores some or all of the privacy settings? How did this pass any legislation, it is as if nobody even checked it for loopholes. I definetely plan to look into other patents and the patent market as a whole in the future. Until next time....

Scary Technological Possibility of Our Future

I seem to have been interested in psychology all my life and only recently politics. I’m a millennial so I grew up pretty tech savvy too. I basically got this idea during my wake up shower of the day. Hope you enjoy!

Television and other sources of video such as YouTube have become a primary surces of entertainment and education for a large part of the world. Back in the day this was largely the theatre. Here is what I believe will be the next big (and scary) technological advancement of the 21st century.

Let’s connect movies with psychology and philosophy. We see the world through our eyes, our realities are in part created by our vision. Movies check off vision. Movies also use sound to help drive emotions, the sounds such as soundtracks of Hans Zimmer release brain chemicals such as dopamine or other neural chemicals.

Okay so now movies create realities by providing the sound and image of the product. But our actual first person perspectives of the world aren’t made by JUST sounds and images, there’s also the neurochemicals. What if....movies just pumped neuralchemicals into your bloodstream in a precise time sequence with the movie. What if.... they are already partly doing that with soundtracks, regulating our neural-chemistry. The accuracy of matching the situation to the right chemical release would never be perfect but with a lot of trial, error, and testings we could get darn close.

So I’m imagining this product where it puts you in an evironment where you can 1: hear all the noises, 2: see what the director wants you to see, and 3: injects the corresponding neuralchemicals into your bloodstream to make it feel even more real, possibly even giving pro lasting de-realization.

Now I am one of some 8 billion humans. Surely someone else has thought of this. Imagine the power of brainwashing this could have and it would be virtually impossible to self-will yourself to escape. The director could simply neglect to send inject anxiety-less neuralchemicals so you’d never question the reality your in. If the director would have some form of a globalist agenda, you can see how this would be a BIG problem. You wouldn’t be able to get your friends, family, countrymen, and fellow humans out of the loop. If the director can create realities so good you would have no reason to stop watching, and you have no open-mindedness neuralchemicals because your body is being regulated by this product, you will be forced to pull the plug on your friends and families. You will likely be hated from redpilling your loved ones out of utopia, just remind them it wasn’t real in the first place. I don’t know how you’d save yourself.

Political Shitposting 101: NPCs

This popular insult originating from video games is called a “non-playing character” or NPC for short. It is now being used as a political insult referring to someone that is “brainwashed” or “programmed.” I often see this at places such as r/The_Donald (shoutout), most often directed towards completely delusional left wingers and liberals who’s brain thinks it’s more efficient to regurgitate globalist propaganda (see picture above). As you see, the NPC seems to have completely broke down. I would go as far as to say this isn’t a real person at all.

People are catching on that it’s more efficient to globally brainwash the masses by robots programmed to spew propaganda. The problem is people assume social media content is human when 80% of it is robots (source below). Shouldn’t big platforms like twitter and Facebook do something about this? I just feel ethical and moral problems that the “flow of consciousness” that is social media is largely not human at all. This blog is it aimed to help you develop the filter in your brain that ignores these bigots.

My Four Voices

The Narrator

This is the internal voice that narrates my life. “I am typing this blog right now.” If I have a big ego my narrator might be in third person such as “Nick takes a big swig of his bottled water.” Mine isn’t usually in third person. This voice is my mind making sense of the external world using the variety of senses I have. Here is the senses wikipedia. They say we possibly have 21 different senses that our brain uses to evaluate the world. I am curious, if I lost my narrator voice would I still be “self-aware?” The narrating voice seems to be a driving factor for self-awareness.

The Questioner

Fuck this voice. This voice is the most broken one I have. The questioner, it questions what I observe. “Why am I feeling sad?” “Why don’t I ever get invited to parties?” “Do the arrangement of atoms that form my being ever come back together after decomposition?” “Is this website a stupid idea and a waste of my time?” “Are people going to start calling me a delusional schizophrenic after mentioning voices in my head?” You can see how this could get annoying, but this voice drives discovery and innovation. Curiosity and anxiety drive this voice for me. I want to know why things are the way they are.

The Simulator

This can either be my best friend or my worst nightmare. The simulator is the voice in my head that predicts and “simulates” probable outcomes of hypothetical events. Best way I can describe this is thinking of a time I was driving to an interview. I bet I was imagining what the interviewer would ask me and maybe how I would introduce myself, all of this being based on preconceived notions and judgments. Often my simulating voice is making pretend conversations with people to “prep” me for social interaction. Let’s say I see a cute girl and want to talk to her, I’ll probably have simulated what I want to say and how I want to say it maybe three or four times before actually approaching her. If the conversation goes nothing how I’d expect then I would be forced to improvise, which is a skill in itself.

The Recollector

This is driven by memory. The Recollector is the song hook that’s stuck in my head. It’s the memories of times spent with my ex-girlfriend that come back to haunt me, or previous life traumas. I say this is a voice because often times it is someone else’s voice in my head. A singer or a person that said a nice or mean comment to me, those things tend to echo in my head while my brain tries to make sense of it. Sometimes I can catch myself adopting someone else’s voice as my own, which can be very troublesome if it is not aligned with my own values. The Recollector is a pretty useful tool though. If I previously failed, I could recollect my experience from that failure and learn from it, do something different. Idiocracy is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

Until next time, take it easy!
